Goal Fit: January Check-In

Sport Bra || Sport Pants || Shoes (sold out, want these!) || Water Bottle (sold out, want this!) || Beats Headphones

Hey y'all!
With the beginning of a new year, I thought I would start doing a monthly check-in on how my healthier lifestyle is progressing and give a few tips along the way!

The first thing: cute workout gear.
For me, if I have something cute to throw on, I am more likely to work out! It brightens my mood and motivates me more! You can also make a Pinterest board of new workout gear you want to purchase! Reward yourself each month with a thing or two from your board!

Second: good headphones and playlist!
I love my Beats headphones! They literally block out any other noise around! The boost of bass in them exemplifies the music you are listening to as well! Best ever! My workout playlist currently consists of lots of Selena Gomez, Justin Timberlake (but of course!), and Britney Spears (not ashamed). Listen to what gets you moving! Lastly: a good, room temperature, bottle of water!
I love my water bottle from Victoria's Secret PINK. It holds close to half a gallon! Much needed for a sweaty workout! ;) 

For my workouts, I am doing something 3-5 days out of the week. I love the Beach Body 21 Day Fix workouts as well as the Couch to 5K running app!

I hope this has encouraged y'all to get moving and start off the new year (and continue) by taking care of you first! As of now, I am weighing in at 149 and my goal is to be around 125 by summer!
