Health & Fitness with May Designs


Hey y'all!
As many of you know, I have been working on a healthy lifestyle, and sharing bits of that with y'all here on the blog! Today I want to introduce you to my new best friend, my health & fitness journal from May Designs! I cannot explain to you how much easier and better this little thing has made this change! Being the organizational freak that I am, I was over the moon when I found this on the May Designs website!


This is the first section of the journal that you will fill out! Discussing your nutrition and fitness goals, the timeline you want to accomplish them, and also the motivation behind your healthier lifestyle! 

For me, I simply want to not be overweight. I want to cut the cravings of sugar and caffeine. I want to shape up. I want to feel good in my own skin. And, most importantly, I want to have a healthy body to conceive and carry those babies! (some day!)


Within the journal, you have around 75 days of meal and exercise pages! This is around 2 1/2 months! So great for the budget-friendly price of the journal! (most would cost you around $50) Above is a little peek at what one of my days looks like for the upcoming week. I also love that it has a section to mark off your water intake as well! This is great for me as I forget what I've taken in and overlook it! 

Basically, you need ten of these in your life. May Designs has many other designs for the inside of your journal as well! From agendas, coloring books, address books, budget journals, bump diaries, etc! My favorite part? You get to customize every detail about the cover! I chose this fun cobalt spot cover and a quote in my favorite color, pink, to encourage me!
