My Weekly Workout Routine






TANK: Luxe Tees // LEGGINGS: PINK 

Hey y'all!

Gosh, I love this tank so much. It literally screamed my name when I saw it over at Luxe Tees! As many of y'all know, I'm a big Beyonce fan, but I also love to workout! Lots of y'all have been asking what my weekly workout routine is and that is what I will be sharing with you today!

I love to do cardio... and hate to work on strength training... so that's that. BUT, I have been working in some core workouts here lately and can see a big difference already! The routine I am sharing with you is what I have used in variation since February!

Sunday
30 minute Yoga session (to get everything stretched out for the week!)

Monday
Run for 30 minutes - Finish with walking until I reach 4 miles
Squats
Wall sit for as long as I can - 3x

Tuesday
Fast paced walk for 3 miles
WERQ class (1 hour) - This is a hip-hop dance class I take at my local gym

Wednesday
30 minute Pilates session
Fast paced walk for 3 miles

Thursday
Fast paced walk for 3 miles
WERQ class (1 hour)

Friday
Run for 30 minutes - Finish with walking until I reach 4 miles
Squats
Wall sit for as long as I can - 3x

Saturday
Rest Day

I am no expert in exercise by no means but I have had so many of y'all ask for this post! This is what works for me at the moment but I am looking to start working in a lot more strength training!
